Indiana Vac-Form makes high quality Burial Vault Liners. Since 1977, Indiana Vac-Form has been a quality supplier of thermoformed products. Located in Northern Indiana between South Bend and Fort Wayne, our 45,000 square foot facilties are conveniently accessible from U.S. 30 and State RD 15.

We keep large inventory of brown and white liners on hand, so that we can quickly respond to your needs.

We also allow our customers to mix pallets with different colors and styles of liners, as long as there are still 20 liners per pallet.
